Easy Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 4 Cups Fresh vegetables (broccoli & carrots) Cut-up
- 1/2 Cup Stir-fry sauce or Kraft sweet n’ sour sauce
- 2 Bags Instant rice
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
Instructions
- Cook and stir chicken in oil in lg. skillet on med. heat until cooked through
- Add vegetables and sauce; cover and cook for 3-5 min. (until veggies are tender
- Spoon over cooked rice
- Can substitute with 1 pkg. of frozen stir-fry veg
