Party Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. dried beef
- 5 medium chicken breasts split, boned & skinned
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 16 oz. bacon (may not use all of it.)
Instructions
- * Line 9 x 13 baking dish with dried beef.
- * Wrap chicken in piece of bacon. Place in dish.
- * Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken.
- * Refrigerate overnight.
- * Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before baking.
- * Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 3 hours.
- * Serve with wild rice.
