Simple pan fried chicken
Ingredients
- 4 lbs partially defrosted chicken breast cut into 1“ x 0.5“ chunks
- 4 tbsp seasoning of choice eg: everyday seasoning at TJ’s
- Canola Oil enough to keep the pan covered
Instructions
- Pull chicken from freezer and place in refrigerator overnight. Cut chicken into chunks while partially thawed. Defrost a few more hours.
- Split chicken into batches (I used 3). Coat with seasoning of choice.
- Add oil to pan and heat over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until done (~6 minutes) turning often.
