Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast per person
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put a piece of plastic wrap on a cutting board that is about 10“x!0”. Place the chicken breast on it and cover with another piece of plastic wrap.. Using a meat mallot, pound the chicken breast to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and the herb of your choice.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add the olive oil. When it is hot, put in the chicken breast. Let fry about 3 minutes or until it gets a nice golden brown color. Turn and fry another 3 minutes.
  4. (If you make several breasts, after you are done cooking them, keep them warm in the oven and add some finely chopped onion to the pan, when tender, add some cream to make a nice sauce.)
