Quick chicken and rice casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can (10 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts precooked and cubed
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
  • 1 tsp Thyme

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. 2. Mix milk, soup, and water in large bowl and stir with whisk
  3. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stirl to blend
  4. 4. Pour into glass casserole dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil
  5. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove from oven and stir well
  6. 6. Bake uncovered for an additional 30-40 minutes
