Quick chicken and rice casserole
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (10 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Water
- 2 boneless chicken breasts precooked and cubed
- 2 cups rice
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
- 1 tsp Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Mix milk, soup, and water in large bowl and stir with whisk
- 3. Add remaining ingredients and stirl to blend
- 4. Pour into glass casserole dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove from oven and stir well
- 6. Bake uncovered for an additional 30-40 minutes
