Chicken Florentine Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips.
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 package (10 ounce) frozen spinach thawed and squeezed
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups instant rice
- 2/3cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- cook chicken and onion in butter in large skillet stirring often. till chicken is browned add garlic and cook for less than a minute. add chicken, broth and water.
- bring to a boil. reduce heat;simmer approx 5 mins stir in rice and cheese. cover, remove from heat.let stand 10 mins fluff up with a fork
