Chicken and 20. (Licky Chicky)

Ingredients

  • 20 cloves Garlic peeled and cracked
  • 4 small Boneless skinless chicken breast halves flattened slightly
  • 3/4 cup No sodium chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup Light Caesar Salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel garlic cloves and smash them with a knife so they are cracked slightly to release to flavor. Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet so they are a uniform width and cook evenly. Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium high heat add olive oil and thenchicken and garlic; cook for 4 minutes turning after 2 minutes. Stir in the broth and dressing and cover skillet with a lid. Cook chicken 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until done (165F) Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cover. Remove from heat and allow to stand for about a minute. Eat and enjoy!
