Chicken with Thyme and Garlic
Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless chicken breast halves
- 6 cloves garlic minced (~ 1 tbsp)
- 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Place in 4 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle chicken with garlic and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2.5-3 hours. Transfer chicken to platter and keep warm.
- For sauce, skim fat from juices and then strain juice into small saucepan.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat.
- Boil ~ 10 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup. Spoon over chicken.
