Lemon Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless chicken breasts halved
- 1 ts lemon pepper
- 1 tbs veg oil
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 1 ts lemon peel grated
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts chopped and toasted
- lemon slices if desired
Instructions
- Flatten chicken to about 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle both sides of breasts with lemon pepper.
- Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Cook chicken,lemon juice and peel until chicken is no longer pink. Top with toasted nuts and lemon slices
