Stove Top Classic One-Dish Chicken Bake with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 Cups Hot Water
- 1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken 6 ounces
- 1 1/2 pounds Chicken breasts boneless and skinless cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 10 3/4 ounce can
- 1/3 cup Light sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Shredded
- 1 bag Frozen Mixed Veggies thawed, drained
Instructions
- 1. PREHEAT: oven to 400 degrees. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir until just moistened. Set aside.
- 2. PLACE chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and veggies; spoon over check. Top with prepared stuffing.
- 3. BAKE 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Makes 6 servings about 1 1/3 cups each.
