West Coast Grilled Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 4- Skinless Bone-in chicken breast halves
- 4 T-extra Virgin olive oil
- 6 T-Lemon juice
- 1 T- dijon mustard
- 6 t . white wine Worcester sauce
- 3 . large cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 t-crushed hot red pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Coat evenly over chicken breasts. Cover & refrigerate, turning often, for at least one hour––up to six hours.
- Grill the chicken 15-20 min., turning once or twice. Brush often with marinade while cooking.
