Roasted Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Chicken breasts boneless and skinless cut in bite-size chunks
- 3 medium Red Potatoes cut in smaller chunks
- 1 large Red Pepper cut in larger chunks
- 1 large Green Pepper cut in larger chunks
- 1 medium Onion coasely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients together in an oven safe baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Toss to coat with seasonings and oil. Bake 35 minutes at 450 degrees, stirring occasionally.
