Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts boneless and skinless pounded
  • 3 cups Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Hot pepper sauce
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium baking dish, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken breasts, let sit for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in flour seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, & paprika. In a medium pan on medium-high heat, add canola oil. Place chicken in pan and cook on each side until golden brown or internal temperature of chicken reaches 165.
