Lemon Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce Chicken breasts, with skin and bones cut into 2 pieces each
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper freshly ground
- 3 large cloves Garlic crushed
- Juice of 2 lemons (about 1/4 cup)
- 3 tablespoons Fresh oregano leaves
Instructions
- 1) Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Farenheight.
- 2) Place chicken in a roasting pan, skin-side up. Pour olive oil over
- chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3) Add garlic, lemon juice, and oregano to the pan. Place in oven
- and roast for 20 minutes. Remove skin before serving.
