Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 8 ounce Chicken breasts, with skin and bones cut into 2 pieces each
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper freshly ground
  • 3 large cloves Garlic crushed
  • Juice of 2 lemons (about 1/4 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh oregano leaves

Instructions

  1. 1) Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Farenheight.
  2. 2) Place chicken in a roasting pan, skin-side up. Pour olive oil over
  3. chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 3) Add garlic, lemon juice, and oregano to the pan. Place in oven
  5. and roast for 20 minutes. Remove skin before serving.
